As we draw the curtains on another impactful JCI year, The Final Bar feels like a fitting pause—one filled with gratitude, reflection, and hope. Serving as the Editorial Board Chairman has been a profound honour, and I remain deeply thankful to our President, JCIN Amb. Olajumoke Adelabu, for the confidence reposed in me and the opportunity to serve in this capacity. Your leadership created the space for ideas to thrive and voices to be heard.

To our loyal readers, thank you for staying with us through every edition. Your consistency, feedback, and engagement gave purpose to every story told and every page published. You are the reason this newsletter mattered.

As I take a bow, it gives me great joy to formally introduce the 2026 Editorial Board Chairman, JC Olubunmi Apantaku. A distinguished Lawyer, the 2025 Chairman of the Access to Quality Health Project, and the Most Outstanding Member of the Year at the 2025 Convention, she embodies excellence, dedication, and vision. I am confident that she will not only sustain what we have built but take it far beyond this point.
